Hi, I'm Nicole, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in Florida, Virginia & Washington D.C. to provide therapy and Self Care Coach.
I am passionate about you embodying your superpowers and curating the life you deserve.
Working with me means you will have someone that supports yet challenges you towards greatness. I believe our healing is a unique journey similar to a garden. We have seasons in life too; it's what we do during that time that will make a difference.
My services help people heal, rejuvenate and rebuild their lives. I achieve this by making use of practical approaches to help people have a balanced spirit, soul, and body. My goal is to provide a supportive environment for people and to allow the hidden parts of themselves the room they need to breathe and explore.

Professional experience:
- Career span 20 years in Social Services. Held roles in residential setting, community based and insurance case management, inpatient psychiatric hospital, acute medical/hospitals/emergency room, outpatient medical clinic, in home therapy (geriatrics), individual therapy for HIV and substance abuse, crisis centers and home health.
Education:
- Masters Degree earned at Fordham University.
- Bachelors Degree earned at Metropolitan College of New York.
